Chocolate Bliss Balls

That sweet tooth craving fixed in no time...

Makes around 12 Balls


1 cup of Medjool dates pitted

1/3 cup of rolled oats

2 tspn maple syrup

1/2 tspn vanilla extract

1/4 tspn ground cinnamon

2 Tbspn cacao powder

1/4 cup shredded coconut


Method:

Place dates in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain well.

Place dates, oats, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cacao powder in a food processor and process until smooth.

Moisten hands and roll mixture into balls and roll in the shredded coconut.

Place your bliss balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week or keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.
