Living the Life You Dream Of

Do you dare to dream? Do you allow yourself to close your eyes and visualise what life would really look like? Who would you be? What would you be doing? Where would you be living?

When it comes down to the fact that I am the creator of my life. My destiny is bound by the choices I make. I love the quote from Invictus by William Henley 1875 - "I am the master of my fate: The Captain of my Soul". I feel that I have created within myself the strength to face challenges that builds the resilience to be firm with controlling my destiny. I do know what I want and how I want to live the rest of my life.

I absolutely took away so much from an assignment I had to do when I was studying which saw me create my Vision Board. I had used magazines to cut and paste pictures of all the things I could see myself doing and my dreams of all things material and emotional. The questions I asked myself were what shall I do? What do I need to learn? Who am I? What do I need to change? What am I good at and who are the best people to help me on my journey? This technique is one of the most valuable self-exploration moments you can have. It can clear any uncertainty and it definitely opens up the doors for new perspectives and opportunities. It can be helpful when you are at a cross-roads and need some guidance on how to take the next step.

I also had to learn to believe in myself and learn to be grateful for all that surrounds me. It helped me to create some personal affirmations and statements that keeps me accountable for staying on track to live the best rest of my life. That is where Wholesome Days Wellness has come to fruition. It made me believe enough in myself that I could help others to get on their right path in life... to live their best life also.
