How do YOU dare to DREAM?

This is an area I am really good at and often come up with all sorts of good ideas and plans but I’ve learnt to also do some research into these ideas and plans and to make sure that these are what’s important to me.
How do YOU dare to DREAM? Is a question I love to ask.
I believe that all dreams can become tangible goals to add to that repertoire of what's achievable. You just need to take the step forward however big or small that is, to find out… You need to allow yourself the space to stop, ponder and to smell the roses. When I googled the meaning of daydreaming this is what I found..."Daydreaming is a natural mental state where attention shifts from external tasks to internal thoughts, often involving pleasant scenarios or fantasies."
How often do you take the time to daydream? What do you see when you daydream? Can you see yourself doing what you love and how this makes you feel?
To get started find a space that allows you to relax and close your eyes. You could even put on some soothing or inspirational tunes in the background. Start to think about what is important to you. To you and no-one else. What would you be doing to make what's important to you happen? Do some things need to change? What are you wearing? What are you feeling? You can even journal after your daydreaming session to capture your thoughts and to come back to them to clarify what it all means.
Being in the present moment is a daily practice I also believe makes a difference in how we set our thoughts and intentions moving forward. Mindfulness sure does change the way we react to situations that arise and the choices that we make. A daily gratitude practice is worth the time too...
What a lovely place to be in. To daydream. To have some health and wellness goals just for you. Take that moment to just stop and make a habit of it. Trust me... you'll be amazed at where it takes you.
