Pickled Red Onions

I also added baby cukes to an empty jar of pickle juice that we finished. So delicious...
Ingredients:
Sterilised Jar
1 large Red Onion
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup hot water
1 tbsp Sugar
1½ tsp Salt
Method:
You can sterilise your own jar by steeping in very hot/boiled water for a while.
Slice the onion finely.
In the jar place the rest of the ingredients.
Place the sliced onion in with the liquid and leave on your benchtop for 1 hour. Then place in the fridge and enjoy!!!
