Salted Caramel Nut Bliss Balls


If you've got a sweet tooth in your house then these are for you. I'd love to know how long they last... LOL!


Ingredients:

1 cup of pitted dates - medjool

1/3 cup roasted nuts of choice (I prefer cashews)

1/4 cup dessicated or shredded coconut

1/4 tspn sea salt


Method:

Use fresh dates if you can but if you use packet ones (place them in boiling water for 10 mins to soften). Dry pan roast your nuts until a little golden.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor, blend away and then roll into balls. Place in the fridge and enjoy. They are delicious xxx
