Smoothie Brekkie Bowl

I love starting my day right and what better way than to pack it full of nutrients. The world is your oyster here folks...

Ingredients:
250ml plant based milk
1 x frozen banana
3 tbspn vanilla protein powder
1 tbspn organic cocao
1 tsp flaxmeal
1 tsp hemp seeds
1/4 cup toasted granola
Coconut Yoghurt
Fruit of choice for topping
Method:
Place first 6 ingredients into your blender and blend away. Pour into your brekkie bowl and top with the granola, yoghurt, fruit and what ever else tickles your fancy.
