Winter Tonic Recipe


Ingredients

1 cup honey (250ml) - raw or local

1 onion, peeled and finely diced

6 large garlic cloves, peeled and finely sliced


Instructions

  1. Mix altogether in a jar and store in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks.

  2. Strain if preferred.

  3. Take a teaspoon daily during Winter or change of season.

  4. Keep refrigerated once open.
